Tired of all the hype and BULLSHIT in the bodybuilding magazines? All of those ridiculous workouts that have you slaving in the gym twice a day, 6 days a week doing 100s of sets. Those crazy workouts are for someone on enough juice to recover from that kind of pounding, even if you’re on steroids those workouts are total nonsense and will actually cause you to lose muscle. It’s called over-training.
How about all of the idiotic claims from the supplement companies telling you to take their supplement(s) and see drug like results… Pure CRAP! Don’t get us wrong, some supplements are important to use to get better results, but none have drug like results. If they did they’d be banned by the Food and Drug Administration. So most of their claims are total garbage designed to seperate the gullible from their hard earned money.
